The 199th Basic Seaman Course was successfully conducted at San Miguel, Zambales on 31 July 2010 and were attended by about 20 members of the 199th BSC coming from the various assignments. Members coming from Mindanao, VIsayas and Luzon area were gathered for the most awaited activity.
